DedupeHow to Fix OneDrive Sync Issues with Windows 10?
Last Updated :If you are not able to sync photos, videos and files between your computer and OneDrive, it might be due to issues with OneDrive desktop sync app. The OneDrive has file size limit of 10GB. So, first verify that the size of your file does not exceed this limit. If your file size is exceeded, then you will get error i.e. "This file is too big to upload" or "Reduce the size of this file to upload to...". Make sure that you have the upgraded Windows OS. Make sure that you have the latest version of OneDrive on your computer.
Following are the steps to Fix OneDrive Sync Issues with Windows 10:
- Restart the OneDrive desktop sync app.
- Make sure your OneDrive account is connected to Windows 10.
- Make sure to finish setting up OneDrive with Windows 10.
- If you have upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, then make sure you are syncing the folders containing the files you expect to see.
- Turn Off the Office upload.
- Make sure the file path should not too long.
- Make sure you have permissions to the file or folder you tried to add.
- Check whether there's already a file or folder with the same name in the same location.
- Make sure your PC has enough disk space and restart sync.
- Unlink OneDrive and run OneDrive setup again.
- Reset OneDrive.

I pointed PicBackMan at a directory structure, and next time I looked - all the photos had uploaded! Pretty cool. I use SmugMug and while I really like it, the process of creating directories in is pretty laborious when you need to make 80+ at a time. This was a breeze. Thank you!
