You can access recent photos from all your devices using My Photo Stream by turning ON or OFF My Photo Strean and deleting a photo from My Photo Stream. You can use My Photo Stream to import most recent photos from all your devices that don't use iCloud Photo Library. My Photo Stream stores your most recent 1000 photos or the last 30 days of photos, whichever is greater. My Photo Stream uploads your most recent photos so you can view and import them to all of your devices. If you want to use My Photo Stream, you need an iCloud account.
To Turn ON or OFF My Photo Stream on Mac, Open "Photos" app on your Mac and select "Preferences" option and then click "iCloud". If you want to turn ON My Photo Stream, select the My Photo Stream checkbox. To turn it OFF, deselect the checkbox.
To delete a photo from My Photo Stream, click "Albums" located in the toolbar and then double-click the My Photo Stream album. You have 2 options to delete the photo. You can either select the photo which you want to delete and then click "Delete" button. Or control-click the photos that you want to delete and select "Delete" button from My Photo Stream. If you delete a photo from My Photo Stream, then it deletes the photo from any other device that uses My Photo Stream.
