Here are the steps to Upload Videos from Android to Picasa using Picbackman app:
- Download "Picbackman" on your Android phone from Google Play store & launch it.
- Enter your Gmail ID and password to login. If you don't have an account, then create one.
- Open "Picbackman" app on your Android phone.
- Tap "Accounts" tab located at top on the screen.
- Connect your Picasa account to Picbackman.
- Tap "Videos" tab located at top on the screen.
- Tap "Choose Videos to Backup" button located at the bottom on the screen.
- Tap "Choose Videos" button.
- Select the videos which you want to upload from your phone's gallery. Tap and hold to select multiple videos.
- Tap "Done" button located at the top right corner on the screen.
- Enter the name to the album and tap "Done" button.
- Checkmark the button located in front of Picasa to choose online account to backup to Picasa.
- Tap "Done" button located at the bottom on the screen.
- All your videos will now be uploaded to Picasa.

I pointed PicBackMan at a directory structure, and next time I looked - all the photos had uploaded! Pretty cool. I use SmugMug and while I really like it, the process of creating directories in is pretty laborious when you need to make 80+ at a time. This was a breeze. Thank you!
