How to Move, Delete or Rename Google Drive Files on iOS?

Google Drive is cloud storage service which allows you to create folders, backup photos, videos and file to the folder, share them with others and much more. You can also move files into a different folder, delete files, and rename a file or folder in Google Drive.

Move Files into a Different Folder:

If you want to move files from a different folder, then open "Google Drive" app on your iOS device. To move multiple files, tap and hold an file to select it and then tap icons on other files to select them. Drag the stack of items into a folder. To move a single file, tap "More" (3 vertical dots) and select "Move" option.

Delete Files:

If you want to delete files from Google Drive on iOS device, open "Google Drive" app on your device. To delete multiple files, tap and hold the file to select it and tap the icon on other files to select them. Tap "Trash" icon located at the bottom on the screen. To delete an individual file, tap right on the file's title and tap "More" icon and then select "Remove" button.

If you want to remove a file from Google Drive on iOS device, open the "Google Drive" app. Tap right on the file's title and then tap "More" icon and select "Remove" button.
