How to Manage Contacts on SmugMug?
- Log in to your account and go to ‘Account Settings’.
- Click the ‘Contacts’ tab to add, view, manage, or delete contacts.
- You’ll find email addresses in the’Contacts’, if you have shared your photos through email or invited people to view your photos with private sharing.
- To add someone new in your contacts, click ‘+ Add Contact’, fill the information, and then click ‘Add’.
- To check a contact’s access to privately shared photos; click on the key icon that appears with the contact info.
- A window shows the photos you have shared with the person, to discontinue the access, click ‘X’ next to the item.
- To edit a contact’s information, select the pencil icon, make the necessary changes and click ‘Save’.
- A contact is also associated with a trashcan icon that enables you to delete a contact.
- You’ll be prompt to confirm or cancel the action.
- A contact once deleted will completely remove the contact’s information from the system. It won’t be restored even if you click cancel afterward.
