1. Plan the photo-shoot
Weddings need detailed planning for a smooth experience on the big day. Once you come to know details, make detailed plans about the photo-shoot. The wedding venue, timings all matter. Research on the timings of dusk and try and also explore the venue to finalize on whether you wish to venture into silhouettes for the wedding couple. The effects are so romantic that you would wish to plan and indulge.
2. Explore backdrops
Try and explore backdrops, which will enhance silhouettes. Explore the wedding venue and select backdrops, which would not be cluttered. The dusk with the scarlet sunset and your subjects against this backdrop would make some perfect shots. Keep an open eye and you will find some good photographing opportunities.
3. Subjects should be distinct
Silhouettes are magical when the subjects are distinctly captured. As you explore backdrops, keep in mind that the heart of silhouettes on the big day is the couple and they should be obviously visible in your captures. 4. Turn off flash, use Rim lighting

5. Maximize depth of field
Maximizing depth of field will bring in sharper images. Use a small aperture and choose a wide angle subjects with perfect clarity.
