But, don't make it a regular habit as, it may scratch your lens. You can use ear-buds too to clean your camera. Dip it in an alcohol based based cleaning solution and wipe the lens. Then use a clean dry, soft cloth or a dry ear-bud to wipe it dry. Your eyeglass cleaning cloth is also one good option to clean your phone camera lens. So they are many available options to clean your phone camera. But ensure that you don't apply too much of force that may cause any damage to the lens. It is in inside the upper layer of your lens. Do not try cleaning it at home. Take to a repair shop and see if they can help cleaning the lens from inside.
