How to upload photos to Picasaweb without Installing Picasa?

In order to upload photos to Picasaweb you need a Google account. If you have one, you can use the same and in case you don't have a Google account, create one. Once you've set up your Google account go to http://picasaweb.google.com and sign-in. You will now be taken to your main Picasaweb homepage also known as the gallery. Click the Upload button to create a Picasaweb album.Fill in all necessary details like the album name, description (if any) and set Privacy settings. After setting up all, you can now click browse and select photos to upload to your Picasaweb album. All the selected photos will be uploaded to your Picasaweb album! The other way of uploading photos to Picasaweb is through an external or third party photo Uploader. Say PicBackMan. Download and Install it for free. The first time users will have to create an account in order to start using it. Now On the accounts tab, associate your online accounts i.e. Facebook, Flickr, Picasa, Skydrive, dropbox, Google Drive, Photobucket etc. Now click 'Photos' Tab and then click on 'Associate Folder'.
