- Click "Windows Start" button on your PC.
- Click "Pictures" folder.
- Select "iCloud Photos" option located under the "Favorites" menu in the panel on the left.
- Open "My Photo Stream".
- Click "Add Photos" button.
- Select the photos which you want to upload to My Photo Stream.
- Click "Open" button.
- Your photos will now be uploaded to My Photo Stream on your PC.
