Manually Import Photos and Videos in Shared Streams to your "Photos Library":
- Open "Photos" on your Mac.
- Select "Shared" tab.
- Double-click a shared stream.
- Control-click or Right-click a photo and select "Import" option.
Manually Import Photos and Videos in Shared Streams to your "iPhoto" Library:
- Open "iPhoto" on your Mac.
- Select "Shared" tab.
- Select "iCloud" located in the Source list.
- Select a shared stream located under "Family and Friends' Streams".
- If you want to import all new photos, then click "Add To" button and then click "Import" button.
- If you want to import specific photos, then open the shared stream, hold down "Command" and select the photos which you want to import. Click "Add To" button and then click "Import" button.

I pointed PicBackMan at a directory structure, and next time I looked - all the photos had uploaded! Pretty cool. I use SmugMug and while I really like it, the process of creating directories in is pretty laborious when you need to make 80+ at a time. This was a breeze. Thank you!
