How to Remove All iCloud Photo Library Content from iCloud and iOS Device?

If you want to remove all iCloud Photo Library photos and videos from iCloud and iOS device, you need to turn OFF you iCloud Photo Library on your iOS device. To turn OFF iCloud Photo Library, go to "Settings" on your iOS device and tap "iCloud" tab. Tap "Storage" tab and select "Manage Storage" option. Now select "iCloud Photo Library" and then select "Disable and Delete" option.

Your photos and videos will now be stored in your account for 30 days. Now, download your photos and videos on your iOS device. To do so, tap "Settings" on your iOS device and tap "iCloud". Tap "Photos" and select "Download and Keep Originals" option. You photos will now be download on your iOS device in original format. This way you can remove all iCloud Photo Library content from iCloud and iOS device.
