Open your email and tap on the photo, you will see list of application. Select 'save image' button. If you are using iOS7 version, then you will need to click 'Save to Cammera roll' button. - Open the iPhone's Mail app.
- Tap "Inbox" button that contains a saved email message.
- Open the email that has the attachment you want to save.

- Press down on the photo and hold your finger on the image until buttons appear.
- You will see list of applications.
- Tap "Save Image" button. If you are using iOS7 version, then tap "Save to Camera Roll" button.
- Go back to your iPhone's home screen.
- Tap "Photos" icon to access your phone's camera roll.
- All your photos will now be saved on an iPhone.
