If you set up an iCloud account in iMovie, then you can save a video to iCloud Drive so that it can be stored in iCloud and accesses from any other devices. iCloud Drive requires iOS 8, a Mac with OS X Yosemite, or Windows 7 or later.
To save iMovie videos to iCloud Drive, open "iMovie" on your iPhone and tap a video from the "Projects" browser or "Theater". Tap "Share" button and tap "iCloud Drive" and then tap "Video File" to save a video which you can play on all your devices.
