Last Updated :You can recover the photos that were backed up to your Google account and were deleted less than 60 days ago. Any photo which was deleted more that 60 days ago can not be recovered. The procedure to recover a delete photo is as follows:
- Open the Photos app .
- Touch the menu icon at the top left and select Trash at the bottom.
- Touch & hold the photo you want to recover.
- Touch the restore icon at the top right. This will put the photo back onto your phone, into your Auto Backups, and into any albums it was in.
