Following are the steps to Move Photos from Google Photos to Flickr on Computer:

  1. Go to https://photos.google.com/ & sign in to your account.
  2. Once you have signed in to your account, you will see all your photos and videos.
  3. Place your cursor over a photo and click the check mark.
  4. Select the photos which you want to move.
  5. Click "Download" icon located at the top left corner of the screen.
  6. Your browser prompts you to save .zip file, click "Save" and specify a location to download. The downloaded zip file will contain the photos from the Google Photos.
  7. Your photos will now be downloaded to computer.
  8. Go to https://www.flickr.com/ & sign in to your account. 
  9. Once you have signed into your account, click "Upload" button located at the top of the window.
  10. Click "Choose photos & videos" button to upload photos.
  11. "File upload" window opens up. Browse & select photos which you want to upload.
  12. Click "Open" button.
  13. You have another option to upload the photos i.e "Drag-and-drop". Here you can simply drag your photos directly from your computer to a location in your Flickr account.
  14. All your photos will now be uploaded to Flickr.
