If you want to download photos from My Photo Stream to Windows PC, you need to download and install "iCloud Control Panel Software" on your PC.   8. When you open "iCloud Photos" folder, you will see "My Photo Stream" and "Shared Album" folders.
  9. Once you open this folder, your Photos should start to appears now as they are downloaded to your PC.
  10. Open "My Photo Stream", you will see all your photos.
