Last Updated :You can create shared albums with the updated version of the Google Photos app on your iPhone. You can view your shared album in "Menu" located at the top-left corner of the screen just below the "Assistant", "Photos" and "Collections" tab. If you want to create a new shared album, then tap "+" sign located at the top right corner. Tap on the photos and videos which you want to share and name your album and then tap "Share" button. It allows you to decide whether or not those people can add their own photos and videos to the album.
Here are the steps to Create Google Photos Shared Album and Share with Others on iPhone:
- Open "Google Photos" app on your iPhone.
- Tap "Menu" icon located at the top left the corner of the screen.
- Tap "Photos".
- You will see all your photos and videos.
- Tap or long press the photo or video which you want to share. You can select multiple photos and videos.
- Tap "Share" icon located at the top of the screen.
- Tap "New Shared Album" option.
- You will get a message "Link copied to the clipboard. Share it with an app".
- Tap "Gmail" icon.
- Enter email addresses of the people and subject to share your album.
- Tap "Send" button.
- This way you can create Google Photos shared album and share with others on iPhone.
