Google photos is a Cloud storage service that offers you a large amount of storage for your Photos (and videos), without worrying much about the cost. Google Photos on Mac is worth considering if you have tons of Photos on your MacBook. So if you need a Backup for your Mac Photos to Google Photos, just go through the following steps.
- Go to 'Photos App' on your Mac. Select the Photos to be backed to Google Photos.
- Create a folder on your Desktop.
- Drag these Photos to the created folder.
- Now on your browser go to https://photos.google.com and again 'drag and drop' the Photos from the new folder to 'Google Photos'. 'Google Photos' would ask to to name the new album. It would be 'Untitled' by default. Name your album.
Your Photos are backed up to 'Google Photos'!
