You can view your photos and videos from any device synced to your Google Photos library by going to https://photos.google.com/. If you want to auto upload your camera photos from Mac to Google Photos, you need to download and install 'Google Photos Desktop Uploader' on your Mac computer.
Following are the steps to Auto Upload Camera Photos from Mac to Google Photos:
- Go to https://photos.google.com/apps & download "Google Photos Desktop Uploader" on your Mac.
- Install "Google Photos Desktop Uploader" on your Mac computer.
- Sign in to your Google account.
- Connect your camera to Mac with the cable that came along with camera.
- You will get the message "Back up photos from camera?".
- You will see 3 options i.e. "Never", "Always" and "Just Once".
- Click "Just Once" button.

I pointed PicBackMan at a directory structure, and next time I looked - all the photos had uploaded! Pretty cool. I use SmugMug and while I really like it, the process of creating directories in is pretty laborious when you need to make 80+ at a time. This was a breeze. Thank you!
