Is there a Way to Sync or Backup Mac Photos with Google Photos?

There are several ways to sync or backup Mac photos with Google Photos. You can use "PicBackMan" to sync or backup photos from Mac to Google Photos. When you upload photos to Google Drive, you can view and backup them to Google Photos. "PicBackMan" allows you to upload your photos from Mac to Google Drive. You just need to download and install "PicBackMan Google Drive Uploader for Mac" and connect your Google Drive account.

Here are the steps to Sync or Backup Photos from Mac to Google Drive:

  1. Download and install "PicBackMan Google Drive Uploader for Mac" on your Mac computer.
  2. Register to create your account.
  3. Click "Accounts" tab.
  4. Connect your Google Drive account.
  5. Click "Photos" tab.
  6. Click "Associate iPhoto Folder" button.
  7. Browse and select photo folder which you want to upload to Google Drive.
  8. As soon as you associate a photo folder, you'll be prompted with a message whether to include sub-folders or not. If you want to include sub folders, click "Ok" or just click "Cancel".
  9. Check mark the box corresponding to "Google Drive" icon.
  10. Click "upload" button located at the bottom of the window.
  11. This way you can sync or backup photos from Mac to Google Drive and view them in Google Photos.
