You can easily access your photos and videos in iCloud Photo Library on a Windows or Mac computer using Photos app. They are organized the same way they are are on your Mac and iOS devices. If you don't see Photos on iCloud.com, your account just has access to iCloud web-only features. To get access to Photos app on iCloud.com and other features, set up iCloud on your Mac or iOS device. If you want to use Photos on iCloud.com, go to icloud.com/photos and sign in to your account using Apple ID which is used with iCloud. Be sure to use latest versions of iCloud on your Mac or Windows web browser.
Add New Photos on iCloud:
Go to icloud.com/photos and sign in using your Apple ID.
Click "Upload" button.
Select the photos that you want to add.
Click "Choose" to upload them to iCloud Photo Library.
Email Photos or Videos with Others using Photos App:
Go to icloud.com/photos and sign in using your Apple ID.
There are 2 options to view your photos. You can either click "Moments" to view your photos or videos, or click "Albums", and then click an album to view them.
Click "Select Photos".
Select the photos or videos which you wish to email.
Click "Email".
Add recipients email address, subject and a message to email.
Click "Send" button.
View Photos or Videos on iCloud.com:
Go to icloud.com/photos and sign in using your Apple ID.
You have 2 options to view your photos and videos. Click "Moments" to see your photos or videos grouped by time and location. Or click "Albums" and then click an album to view its photos or videos.
To view photos and videos one at a time, enlarged to fit the window, click one.
You can zoom a photo in or our. To do so, hold down the 'Option' key and scroll up or down.
Download Photos or Videos from iCloud.com:
Go to icloud.com/photos and sign in using your Apple ID.
Either you can click "Moments" to view your photos or videos, or click "Albums", and then click an album to view them.
Click "Select Photos".
Select the photos or videos which you want to download.
Click "Download" button.
This way you can download your photos or videos to computer from iCloud.
Remove Photos or Videos from an Album on iCloud.com:
Go to icloud.com/photos and sign in using your Apple ID.
Click "Albums" to see your photos or videos grouped by album.
In "My Albums", select an album to view your photos or videos.
Click "Select Photos".
Select the photos or videos which you want to remove.
Click "Remove".
Delete Photos or Videos from iCloud.com:
Go to icloud.com/photos and sign in using your Apple ID.
Click "Moments" to view photos or videos grouped by time and location.
Click "Select Photos".
Select the photos or videos which you want to delete from iCloud.com.
Click "Delete" button.
Recover Deleted Photos and Videos on iCloud.com:
Go to icloud.com/photos and sign in using your Apple ID.
Click "Albums".
Click "Recently Deleted" located at the top right corner of the screen.
Click "Select Photos".
Select the photos or videos which you want to recover and click "Recover" button.
Click "Recover All" to recover all photos and videos.
Make a Photo or Video a Favorite:
Go to icloud.com/photos and sign in using your Apple ID.
There are 2 options to view your photos. You can either click "Moments" to see your photos or videos grouped by time and location, Or click "Albums", and then click an album to view them.
Click "Favorites" icon located at the top left corner of the thumbnail to make the photo or video favorite.
Your photo or video will now be automatically placed in the Favorites album.

PicBackMan was an answer to many a prayer. How can I get this MASSIVE
collection of photos onto a service that cripples uploading? PicBackMan. I uploaded
approximately 85,000 photos in less than a month. It would have taken me close to a year
to get all of those photos where they needed to go. Nothing short of brilliant.
