There are several methods to transfer photos and videos from iPhone to iPad. Except photos, iCloud allows you to transfer videos from iPhone to iPad. If you want to transfer videos from iPhone to iPad with iCloud, you need iOS 5.0 or later version, 3G or Wi-Fi network connection, iTunes latest version.
To do so, first you need to upload videos from iPhone to iCloud and then download them from iCloud to iPad. If you want to upload videos from iPhone to iCloud, log in to your Apple ID account and tap "Settings" on your iPhone and then select "iCloud".
