How to Transfer Photos from an iPad to a Mac?

If you have a Mac, you can import photos from your iPad using iPhoto. On iPad, you can capture photos using the built-in camera or save photos from apps and mails to your device. To transfer photos from an iPad to a Mac, connect your iPad to Mac by using USB cable that came with the iPad Camera Connection kit. Once you have connected, iPhoto will automatically open. 1. Plug the connector or the Lighting connector to your iPad.
2. Connect your iPad to your Mac using the USB cable.
3. If you have configured iPhoto to automatically open when connecting a iPad, it will launch when you plug in your iPad.
4. Otherwise, you can open iPhoto from the Dock or from the application folder.
5. You will see all your photos from your camera roll folder.
6. If you want to import a single photo, then select the photo and click "Import Selected" button.
7. If you want to import continuous range of photos, then shift-click on the beginning and ending photos of a series and then click "Import Selected" button.
8. If you want to import multiple discountinuous photos, then command-click on photos to select multiple photos and click "Import Selected" button.
9. If you want to import all photos at a time, then click "Import Photos" button.
10. Your photos will now be transfered to a Mac.
