Sharing photos from Google Photos to Google+ account is easy. Google Photos has a powerful editing tool, which is useful to apply filters, adjust colors and more. You can share edited photos to Google+ account. When you select 'Google+' option to share photos on your Android phone, you will see 2 options, 'Add Photos' or 'Create album'.
