Box is a popular cloud storage service which was founded in March 2005. Box offers an exciting features that facilitate you to backup videos, photos and other documents. It allows you to access photos & videos from any mobile device, computers or tablets. Box has a feature "Box sync" which allows you to sync your photos, videos & files automatically between your computer, Box website & your mobile device. It allows you to share your photo & videos with others & social networking sites. You can add comments on your photos & videos. When someone leaves a comment on your photos & videos, you will get an email notification from Box.

Following are the steps to Share Photos from Box Cloud Storage with Others:


  1. Go to https://www.box.com/ & sign in to your account. If you don't have an account, then create one.
  2. Once you have signed into your account, you will see all your photos & videos.
  3. Select the photos which you want to share.
  4. Click "Share" button located in front of the folder.
  5. You will see the link to your photos.
  6. Click "Send" button located next to the link.
  7. A "Share photos" window opens up. Enter names or email addresses of your friends & message to share the link.
  8. Click "Send" button.
  9. Your friends will get an email with shared link.
  10. Your photo link will now be shared with your friends.
