- Go to http://instagram.com/ & sign in to your account.
- Download "Instagram" app on your iPhone from the App store & launch it.
- Open "Instagram app" on your iPhone.
- Tap 'Camera' icon located at the bottom on the screen.
- Tap the box located at the bottom right of the screen to go to your phone's video gallery.
- Select the video that you want to upload.
- Tap "Next" button located at the top on the screen.
- Edit the length of the video.
- Add a filter to the video and tap "Next" button.
- A "Share To" window opens up.
- Write a caption and tap "Next" button located at top right corner on the screen.
- This way you can share a video that is saved on iPhone.
