You can avoid unwanted interactions by blocking other users in certain Google products, like Google+ and Hangouts. Blocking takes effect when these people are signed in to their Google Account. When you block someone in Google Photos, that person's account is also blocked in all products listed in "Block an account."
To view the Google Accounts you've blocked or to unblock a user:
- Go to the "Blocked users" (https://myaccount.google.com/blocklist) section of My Account. You might need to sign in to your Google Account.
- View the list of accounts you've blocked across Google products.
- To unblock someone: Next to that person's name, select Remove Remove.
Note - The "Blocked users" list doesn't include
- Accounts blocked through YouTube channels or live chat
- Blocks of email addresses or phone numbers
