There are several ways to access your files in iCloud Drive. You can use iCloud Drive at iCloud.com with any supported web browser. If you are using Mac with OS X Yosemite or EI Capitan, then go to 'iCloud Drive' in Finder. If you are using computer with Windows 7 or later version, then go to 'iCloud Drive' in File Explorer. You can access your files from iCloud Drive app on you iPhone or iPad. To show or hide the iCloud Drive app on your iPhone or iPad, go to "Settings" and tap "iCloud" and then tap "iCloud Drive". Now choose ON or OFF button located next to "Show on Home Screen".

iCloud stores your deleted files up to 30 days. You can recover them from iCloud.com. If you need to access or restore deleted files, then sign in to iCloud.com and click "Settings". Click "Restore Files" located under "Advanced" tab. Now browse and select the list of files in the "Restore Files" window. Your files will be removed from "Restore Files" in 30 days.
