Yes. You can backup iPhoto videos to iCloud from your Camera Roll. You can delete documents and old email messages which you don't need or upgrade your storage plan or decrease the size of your Camera Roll backup to increase iCloud storage space. iCloud allows you to backup photos and videos from iOS device over Wi-Fi every day when you turn ON it or connected to a power source. First, connect your iPhone to Wi-Fi network. Tap "Settings" on your iPhone. Select "iCloud" option. A "Storage & Backup" window opens up. Move the slider from left to right to turn ON "Back Up to iCloud". Tap "Back Up Now" button to upload videos from iPhone to iCloud. This is how you can backup iPhoto videos to iCloud from iPhone.
