Flickr allows you to capture photos and videos, apply filters, add effects to them and upload them to Flickr's server and skip keeping a copy on your mobile phone. You can easily browse and organize your photos in folders. OneDrive does not provide any editing tools. It has a limited options to sending a link to the photo via email and copying the link to your clipboard.
