Flickr allows you to capture photos and videos, apply filters, add effects to them and upload them to Flickr's server and skip keeping a copy on your mobile phone. If you do not want to save copy on your phone and get uploaded to Flickr account, then tap the gear icon and turn the slider OFF for 'Save to camera roll'. Flickr has a feature "Auto sync" which allows you to backup every photo which you take with your iPhone's camera app.

It offers 15 GB of free storage space to store photos, videos and files. It has a feature 'Camera Backup' which allows you to backup full resolution copies of your photos or resized photos. You can easily browse and organize your photos in folders. OneDrive does not provide any editing tools. It has a limited options to sending a link to the photo via email and copying the link to your clipboard.
