- Decide on the theme of the photo book depending on the age of your daughter. For example, if she is 10 years old, she will like more of glitter, confetti, cut outs, drawings, bows, little dolls and lots of colour.
- Next, pull out photo albums from the drawers and begin searching for the best ones.
- If you have them in your computer, edit them before you send them for printing. Editing means brightening up the photographs.
- Decide what photographs can use for cut outs. Action photographs that have the girl doing something should be used extensively.
- Let the first page of your photo book be a note from a mother to her daughter. This will add emotional value to the book. You can stick some glitter, cut outs of paper dolls, etc, around your write up to make it look interesting.
- You can also paint the whole book with a different on each page. You can then paste the photos in different angles. A little description of each photo can make a lot of difference.
- Begin with pasting the very first photo of your daughter most likely taken at the time of her birth. Then you can go on to pasting photos of her doing various activities.
- To make it an interesting visual treat, you can give a chronology of her growing up days, the month she smiled, she crawled, she laughed, she walked and the likes.
- Cover the book with her favourite colour cover and paste the most favourite of her pic on it.
