  4. Go to https://picasaweb.google.com/ & sign in to your account. If you don't have an account, then create one.
  5. Download "Picasa Desktop Application" on your computer from the Google & launch it.
  6. Open "Picasa" on your computer.
  7. Click "Tools" menu and then "Options".
  8. Select "Email" tab.
