How to Sync Photos to Picasa on Windows PC?

To automatically sync photos to Picasa, download and install "Picasa Desktop Application" on your Windows PC. Open "Picasa" on your Windows PC and select an album or a folder of photos. You will see "Sync to Web" switch located at the right side of an album. Move the slider from left to right to turn ON "Sync to Web" and click the arrow located next to the "Upload" button. Select "Enable sync" option. Now, if you add a location, crop a photo, add a name tag, change a caption, then it automatically sync to Picasa on Windows PC.
