There are many ways to improve your photography and skills. But the best way to improve is to challenge yourself. Challenge yourself to test your limits and test your creativity that will in-turn help you develop and improve your photography skills. Photo challenges are gaining momentum in the photography world. Be creative when you least want to be. This what a photo challenge is all about. push yourself to the limits and see how creative you can be. Don't give up and don't give excuses either. Become your own teacher and critique. Today take any of the following challenges and take your photography to the next level. Be creative, be confident, sharpen your creative eye and challenge yourself to improve your photography skills and get better day by day. Challenges to improve your photography Challenge # 1 : Project 365 Challenge yourself to take photos everyday. Don't just limit taking one picture a day, instead, click several of them and select the one which you think is the best of the rest. Challenge # 4 : Weekend Fun / Photo Friday If you do not have time to take pictures in weekdays, make sure you do a weekend project like 'Weekend fun' of 'Photo Friday' or 'Photo Saturday' or 'Photo Sunday' etc. It can be a lot of fun and there's a huge scope to show your creative side. You can capture the nightlife, weekend parties, get-together etc. Or just your weekend activity. It just needs a little thinking and a lot of practice. Challenge # 5 : Be a part of 'Monthly Photo Challenges' There are many photo challenges that keep coming up every now and then. Find out photography communities, websites, magazines, journals, forums that run photo contests more often. Participate in as many challenges as you can. It is Fun and exciting. Plus it helps you get in touch with people who have same interest. You'll see yourself growing as a photographer. Participating in a challenge or contest will also give you a chance to see submissions from other photographers and take inspirations from them.
