If you are not able to sync photos, videos and files between your computer and OneDrive, it might be due to issues with OneDrive desktop sync app. The OneDrive has file size limit of 10GB. So, first verify that the size of your file does not exceed this limit. If your file size is exceeded, then you will get error i.e. "This file is too big to upload" or "Reduce the size of this file to upload to...". Make sure that you have the upgraded Windows OS. Make sure that you have the latest version of OneDrive on your computer.

  1. Restart the OneDrive desktop sync app.
