How to enable iCloud Photo Library on iPhone and iPad?

If you enable iCloud Photo Library on iPhone and iPad, you can save gigabytes of space on your device. With iCloud Photo Library you can save the storage optimized copies of your photos & videos that saves a lot of space on your iPhone or iPad.

Here's how to enable iCloud Photo Library on iPhone and iPad

  1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad running iOS 8.1 or higher.
  2. Tap on iCloud.
  3. Tap on Photos.
  4. Turn On the option for iCloud Photo Library at the top.
You will be prompted if you have photos synced from iTunes that they'll be removed. Just confirm in order for iCloud Photo Library to continue. Just be aware that all the photos synced from your computer will be removed.
