How to download a video from Box to computer?

Box Inc. (formerly Box.net) is a cloud content management & file sharing service which allows you to backup photos, videos, files & documents. A mobile version of the service is available for Android, iOS, BlackBerry, Windows Phone & WebOS devices. Box Inc. has a 'OpenBox' which helps you to connect content from Box with other web-based applications and services. Here are the steps to download a video from Box to computer:


  1. Go to https://www.box.com/ & sign in to your account. If you don't have an account, then create one.
  2. Once you have signed into your account, you will see all your photo & video albums.
  3. Navigate to the video which you want to download.
  4. Open the video in its full size.
  5. Click "Download" or "Down arrow" located at the top right corner of the screen.
  6. Your browser prompts you to save .zip file, click "Save" and specify a location to download. The downloaded zip file will contain the video from the Box account.
  7. Your video now will be downloaded to computer.
