Following are the steps to Create and Share Photo Streams from iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open "Photos" app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap Camera Roll or an album.
  3. Tap "Edit" button.
  4. Tap on each photo which you want to add to the shared stream.
  5. You will see the photos with a red checkmark on it.
  6. Tap "Share" followed by "Photo Stream".
  7. Add people to share the photo stream with and give the stream name.
  8. Tap "Next" button.
  9. Tap "Post" button to share the stream.
  10. This way you can create and share photo streams from iPhone or iPad.
