Picasa Web Albums acts as a middle man between Picasa desktop application and your Google+ account. If you are uploading photos & videos to Google+ account, then it will automatically appear in Picasa Web Albums. Here are the steps to Batch Download Photos from Picasa Web Albums:


  1. Download & install "Picasa desktop application" on your computer & launch it.
  2. Go to https://picasaweb.google.com/ & sign in to your account.
  3. You will see all your photo and video albums.
  4. Select the photo album which you would like to download.
  5. Click "Actions" in the top menu.
  6. Click "Download To Picasa" to save the folder to your hard drive.
  7. Your Photo album will now be downloaded to your Pictures folder in a folder titled Downloaded Albums.
