Following are the steps to Backup your Device using iCloud:
- Connect your device to a Wi-Fi network.
- If you are using iOS 8 or later, then tap "Settings" and then tap "iCloud" and then select "Backup" option.
- If you are using iOS 7 or earlier, then tap "Settings" and then tap "iCloud" and then select "Storage & Backup" option.
- Move slide from left to right to turn ON "iCloud Backup".
- Tap "Back Up Now" tab.
