It allows you to backup unlimited number of standard size photos and videos for free. You can backup videos less than 15 minutes long and have 1080p resolution or less.

Here are the steps to Automatically Backup Videos from Android to Picasa Web:

  1. Go to https://plus.google.com/ & sign in to your account.
  2. By default, Google+ is installed on most of the Android devices.
  3. Open the "Google+" app on your Android phone.
  4. Tap the menu button and select "Settings" option.
  5. Tap "Auto Backup" option.
  6. A "Auto Backup" option page opens up.
  7. Move the slider from left to right to turn ON "Auto Backup" feature.
  8. All your videos will now be automatically backed up to Picasa Web.
