How can I Export the Photos and Videos I Backed Up to Google+ Photos?

You can export the photos and videos that you backed up to Google+ photos. You can use "Google Takeout" to download your Google+ photos. To do so, make sure that you are signed in to the Google account which is associated with your Google+ profile. Go to "Google Takeout" i.e https://www.google.com/settings/takeout/custom/plus_photos and follow the instructions.
