The limits of Unlimited OneDrive Storage

OneDrive announced that unlimited storage for Office 365 subscribers at no additional cost. This offers is for Office 365 Home, Personal and University subscribers. So if you subscribe to one of these plans, you will get an unlimited storage space to backup. It also added unlimited storage for OneDrive for Business to the Office 365 roadmap and will begin rolling out in 2015. Some file types are prohibited from uploading and there is currently a limit of 20,000 items (folders and files).

OneDrive offers 15 GB of free storage space to backup photos, videos and RAW files. If you have more files to backup, then you can upgrade your free account to a paid monthly subscription plan for more storage space. It offers 100 GB space for $1.99/month, 200 GB space for $3.99/month, 1 TB space for $6.99/month includes Office 365.
