Following are the steps to Share Picasa Photos on Google+:

  1. Select the photos which you want to share on Google+.
  2. Click "Upload to Google Photos" located at the bottom.
  3. You can either select a album or create a new album to upload or share photos.
  4. Choose an image size.
  5. Enter email addresses, individual people or Google+ circles to share the photo.
  6. Click "Upload" button.
  7. This way you can upload and share Picasa Photos on Google+.
