You can share photos with others by simply adding email addresses of recipient. When you send an email to share your photos, they must have an Apple ID and iCloud in order to view the photos. Following are the steps to Share Photo Stream Photos from iPhone:
- Tap "Photos" icon on your iPhone.
- Tap "Shared" tab located at the bottom on the screen.
- Select "New Shared Stream..." option.
- A "New Stream" window opens up.
- Enter the title and tap "Next" button located at the top right corner on the screen.
- Enter email address and click "Create" button located at the top right corner on the screen.
- Click on the stream There should be a box with a plus sign in it.
- Select the photos which you would like to add to the Photo Stream.
- Click "Done" button.
- Add a message to attach to the photos and tap "Post" button located at the top right corner on the screen.
- Your Photo Stream will now be shared with the recipients you added.

I pointed PicBackMan at a directory structure, and next time I looked - all the photos had uploaded! Pretty cool. I use SmugMug and while I really like it, the process of creating directories in is pretty laborious when you need to make 80+ at a time. This was a breeze. Thank you!
