Flickr, around the world, is used as a service to store, organize, share and showcase photos. Flickr Photostream is a place where all your history of actions including the clickable copies of the photos are stored. When you want to share recently uploaded photos , Flickr provides you several methods to generate and share a link to your Photostream, here's how you do it:
- Open a Flickr photo you want to download. Not all users make their photos downloadable. You’ll know a photo can be downloaded if you see a downward-pointing arrow beneath the photo on the right side.
- Click the downward-pointing arrow to see image size options. A short list of image sizes available for download will appear. To see an even longer list, click “View all sizes”. The higher the resolution, the larger the image. If you don’t see many higher resolutions, the image may just be small, or the owner of the image has chosen not to share all sizes.
- Click an image size, then click the Download link. The download link will say something like “Download the Large 1024 size of this photo,” though the actual text depends on the selected image size.
- Choose a location to save your image. Select a folder, then click “Save” to download the image.
