Importing photos from iPhone to iPhoto on your Mac is easy. First you need to connect your iPhone to Mac using the USB cable that came with your iPhone. Once you have connected to your computer, it will automatically open the 'iPhoto'. It will show you all your photos from your iPhone. You will see 2 options to import your photos i.e. 'Import Photos' and 'Import Selected' which is located at the top right corner of the window. If you want to import all photos, then select 'Import Photos' option. And, if you want to import one or multiple photos, then select 'Import selected' option. After importing photos, it will ask you to delete the photos on your iPhone.
