If you just want to transfer several photos from iPhone to Mac, then you have two options i.e. using iPhoto and via eMail. If you don't have your Mac in your hand, then eMail is the best choice for transferring iPhone photos to Mac.

Following are the steps to Get Photos from iPhone to Mac with Email:

  1. Open "Photos" app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap "Albums" button to open your Albums page.
  3. Select an album from where you want to select photos.
  4. Tap "Edit" button.
  5. Select the photos which you want to transfer.
  6. Tap "Share" button.
  7. Select "Email" option.
  8. Enter your email address and tap "Send" button.
  9. Go to your web browser on Mac and sign in to your Email.
  10. Download those photos and store them on Mac.
