How to Fix "Photos and Videos Not Restored from iCloud Backup" Issue?

This issue will occur when you restore your new iPhone or iPad from an iCloud Backup. All media is contained within the Camera Roll or Photos app, so photos and videos does not show up on the new iPhone or iPad. There are two reasons behind this issue i.e. "Disabled iCloud Backup for Camera Roll" and "Sometimes, it takes a lot of time for photos and videos to appear. If you disabled iCloud Backup for Camera Roll, then it ensures that the photos and videos are backed up too.

Disabled iCloud Backup for Camera Roll:

1. Open "Settings" on your iOS device.
2. Tap "iCloud".
3. Tap "Storage & Backup".
4. Tap "Manage Storage".
5. Tap on your device name that is being backed up.
6. Move slider from right to left to turn ON "Camera Roll".

Once you have restored your photos and videos from iCloud Backup, it might take sometime for photos and videos to show in the Camera Roll album. This will happen only if the photos are coming through Photo Stream. It will show up your photos and videos after several hours even if they are part of Camera Roll. So, you just need to wait few hours to see photos and videos in Camera Roll.
