To do this, you need to download 'Picasa Desktop Application' on your computer. Picasa allows you to view and edit RAW files. Following are the steps to Download Raw Files from Picasa:

  1. Download & install "Picasa desktop application" on your computer & launch it.
  2. Go to https://picasaweb.google.com/ & sign in to your account. If you don't have an account, then create one.
  3. You will see all your photos, videos and RAW files.
  4. Select the RAW file which you want like to download.
  5. Click "Actions" located in the top menu.
  6. Click "Download To Picasa" to save the RAW file to your hard drive.
  7. Your RAW file will now be downloaded to your Pictures folder in a folder titled Downloaded Albums.
